Kathy Colbenson is CEO of CHRIS Kids, offering a community-based treatment and support services to children who have suffered abuse, neglect or rejection.

Ms. Colbenson will speak about how, since 2000, CHRIS Kids has run the Rainbow Program to serve Atlanta's homeless LGBT youth, a group which comprises up to 56% of Atlanta's street youth.

BIG Special Event

• Tuesday, June 5, 5:30 p.m. at Allsteel Showroom, 1180 Peachtree Building. BIG is AEN's special interest group for people in Atlanta's building-related industries. This networking event will feature a presentation and panel discussion of the "Midtown Mile," focusing on the evolution of Midtown. During the program, a variety of issues will be discussed: housing, infrastructure, amenities, etc. Appetizers and bar.
